In Japan in the last 10 years, Paul Boylan obtained money by borrowing in his or his company’s name (FMP-PMS), with promises to repay. One creditor was repeatedly promised repayments that were late or never eventuated. Paul Boylan repeatedly refused 3rd party mediation and was eventually sued in the Tokyo District Court. Boylan lost the case and was ordered to repay on a payment schedule laid down by the court. Within 8 days of it being issued, Boylan and FMP-PMS Japan had breached the court order by not making the first payment. After making 3 payments, all late and only paid under duress, a fraction of what he was ordered to pay, Boylan and FMP-PMS Japan disappeared leaving the debt unpaid and the court order violated.
One more creditor has made many attempts to contact Boylan over a long period without success.
Yet another creditor loaned Paul Boylan money which was eventually repaid late, under duress and under threat of action.
“I invited Boylan into my home in Japan. Some years later I find him to have stolen from me, borrowing money as a friend (I helped him out as a friend) and then refusing to repay it. After repeatedly failing to meet agreed repayment schedules, I was forced to take him to court and won the case which made him and FMP-PMS jointly and severally liable for the debt. Boylan simply ignored the court order and skipped town. We believe he is now hiding out in Sri Lanka and living in a luxury Villa in the Kogalla area. Boylan repeatedly made commitments to repay the outstanding debt on a payment plan and did not make a SINGLE PAYMENT as he had committed! Not a single payment was made according to the agreed schedule!” A major creditor March 2017.
“I was told by members of a Tokyo Club not to let this thief into my restaurant anymore” Restaurant owner servicing the that Club.
“Yeah had trouble with him when he was organizing the Green Ball in Tokyo everyone paid but him” Hotel Organizer of the Emerald Ball Tokyo.
“Paul was dishonest and left owing debts” Legal professional now living in Thailand.
“Paul presented me with a business proposal and investment opportunity. I now believe the whole project was a sham and an elaborate hoax to defraud myself and others of money. I now believe his disappearance from Japan was premeditated and carefully orchestrated to leave no information as to his current whereabouts.” Unpaid Creditor December 2016.
